While this is a nice crate, nowhere did it say it would take 6–7 hours to assemble. My husband is quite savvy with this sort of thing, and it took that long to put together. Furthermore, one of the door hinges was missing. Finally, the issue has nothing to do with the product itself, but it was left at the end of my very long driveway. The issue is that the package, weighing approximately 79 pounds, was left at the end of my driveway. This scenario is typical of FedEx delivery these days. Their service quality has significantly declined. UPS is much better.

I purchased two of these crates; one for my growing golden and one for a medium/large mixed breed I have with anxiety. Overall, they’re very nice looking crates and for the price I would buy them again. I think they’re sturdy enough, but a chewer or breakout artist may not be a good fit for this crate. I bought the largest version, as it’s the best crate I found with the biggest interior dimensions. However, I will say the delivery experience was awful. They left the boxes in the middle of my driveway (crates weigh 93lbs each) and both boxes arrived damaged. Unfortunately, both crates were damaged as well. Thankfully it was the back panel on both, and my husband was able to mend the breaks as they weren’t vital to structural integrity. Photos attached are only of the first crate. Overall, I would buy them again but I would insist on a different shipping company.

It’s beautiful and heavy, seems like it would work well. The kennel is a 5 star product, scored lower bc of customer service. Did not fit my space, tried to return it and return is proving more difficult than what I deem necessary.
