Awesome Gazebo, just difficult to put together

Really a nice product. Does take time and patience to assemble but I was able to do it by myself with limited help from my wife with a few areas. Highly recommended

Loved it. Just what I needed for my back yard.

The Gazebo works but we have to monitor it on a regular basis to make sure it's secure. The screws keep getting loose, some even fall out on their own. Some of the roof panels came off with a 35 mph wind. If you would like a gazebo, personally I would go with something more solid or smaller. Extra screw/nut set from Kozyard is outrageously expensive. The curtains are also very expensive to replace and they do not last, they do fade, ours faded within the year.

Fabulous for keeping composite deck cool to walk on, stand under in the rain and is just good looking upgrade and better alternative than fabric sunshades.

The gazebo is amazing. I honestly never use the drapes. If it is nice enough outside to be under the gazebo, what do you need them for?? I paid extra for delivery to my back yard and for assembly. Delivery was perfect! courteous and professional. It requires 2 to assemble and while the first person showed up on time, the second was over an hour late (so the first had already left). I had to cancel the assembly and hire someone else to put it together. It too most of a day to assemble with 2 people. We had them anchor it into the patio cement and it has been wonderful since. Just be aware of this when ordering.

FANTASTIC! Attention to detail is what makes all the difference in this beautiful Gazebo! Everything went together seamlessly and my husband and I were able to put it together in an afternoon. All the holes lined up, there were no sharp edges, all welded pieces were done nicely and all the needed parts were included. The finish is beautiful with no missing powder coat anywhere! We live in the Sierra's and have large pine cones and branches that have fallen on the roof and so for there are no dents! We had strong winds the first of the year with 50+ mph gusts....the gazebo didn't even twitch! My husband did of course screw it down to the deck, but there wasn't even a creak. I did plenty of research before deciding on this particular gazebo and I'm very happy with every aspect of it. It can also take a pretty good snow load as well. My husband is 6'2" and can easily walk under the roof edge with plenty of room to spare. He's also a General Building and Engineering Contractor and he to was very impressed with the quality of this product.....and that's saying something! We purchased the dark brown and it's just perfect. Highly recommended.

It’s been a very frustrating experience. Delivery of the gazebo took way too long… 12 weeks! When it finally arrived, I rearranged my plans the next weekend so we could put it together. Upon getting all the pieces ready to go for assembly, we noticed that two brackets were missing on one of the leg columns (the brackets came preinstalled on all other leg columns, so this was a manufacturer mistake). These brackets are the foundational pieces to build the whole frame, so we couldn’t move forward. I contacted Wayfair, Wayfair contacted the manufacturer, and the replacement parts arrived a week later. Several weeks later, we were ready to make another attempt at assembly. Part way into the frame assembly we found that two of the screw anchors were loose, making it impossible to fully tighten those screws. We continued with assembly, since we couldn't stop now and leave the gazebo partially together. Hopefully it'll withstand our future storms. Overall, we're just very disappointed with the shipping delays, poor quality, and poor Wayfair customer service.
