Really Easy instructions but you need a friend to help set it up. Now that it is in, we love it.

Great product

The kit (5 large boxes) arrived within the promised time frame. The directions were easy to follow, and the couple spots that were slightly confusing, we were able to look ahead in the manual and figure it out. My father in law helped me, and it took about 8 hours to assemble. Had a son and daughter in law help lift the roof panels up. The hardware was well organized, and most items included 2 extra pieces. The concrete anchors that come with the kit were not as good as a Tapcon brand, and I broke a couple off before switching to my own anchors. The stain on the wood will most likely need to be redone come spring as its not a very high quality (its more of just on the surface, and not penetrating) finish. Everything was prefilled and it all fit together very nicely. Im very happy with the quality of this kit. I would buy it again.

Nice Gazebo. Very difficult to get the roof on

Love the looks of it. It was scuffed up several places from shipment and had to buy stain to do some touch up.

We LOVE our gazebo. It’s where we eat our meals on beautiful days. Well worth the price. The crew suggested for assembly did a wonderful job. Highly recommend!

We’d buy this again, but purchase the installation next time. We bought this specific unit due to its snow load rating. Other solutions we used for our doggy kennel collapsed under the weight of the snow. This should do the trick. I still need to anchor the corner posts into some concrete footings to hold-up to hurricane-strength winds. My biggest complaint is the assembly, especially given the 18 man-hour guidance (2 people over 9 hours), vs. our reality. It took 48-50 man hours - half the time with three guys. Lifting the assembled roof panels is certainly a three or four person job. I made notched pushers to help position in place. The hardware is nicely packaged, and each part is labeled. For the cost, I’d rather see whole lengths of boards, rather than the strategic placement of pieced-together shorter boards. I know this would throw the shipping configuration off, but that would improve unit strength and appearance. Only a few holes - primarily the holes securing the two roof panels together at the ridge spine - needed adjusting. Before you go drilling any holes, make sure you have the correct part in the correct orientation. The corner pillars are very specific in how they are laid-out. Get this right, then all assembly follows correctly. I can’t imagine one can really get proper assembly for $750 as suggested by Wayfair’s network of installers. If this is true - and they don’t leave mid-job due to the degree of difficulty - then get this assembled for you! Our doggies better enjoy their new pavilion; I know my friends are going to enjoy the expensive dinner I now need to buy them!

This is one premium gazebo. I love the organic feel and look of the wood. The fit of the parts was accurate to fraction of millimeters. Everything was flush and symmetrical on all sides. Honestly I was speechless every time I finished screwing on parts, because they would fit perfectly, I mean PERFECT. All panels are light weight and easy to move around. A few recommendations, you need at least two people. Lay down all the parts and make sure you have everything. Use the boxes and lay parts over cardboards, the parts nick easily. You’ll need an entire day or two. My uncle and I worked on it non-stop and it took us an entire day, probably 14-16 hours. The manufacturer sent me their wood polishing paint upon request since we nicked it a lot during installation.

This is a SOLID piece of outdoor furniture. We hired someone to put it together and they did mention it wasn’t easy. This thing is HEAVY. It is very well made. 100 recommend this and anyone who sees it wants one too. Even the contractor wanted one after building it.
