Love my purchase and staff was great

so far so good. Although we have not completed the entire assembly because the instructions are a bit unclear for certain steps.

The gazebo itself is as advertised. Not as sturdy or heavy as I anticipated but hopeful it stands up to the weather/time ahead. My purchasing experience is what brings the overall rating down. I paid the extra money to have it "professionally" installed. Upon Angi's technicians arriving and starting to assemble the gazebo they realized their were key parts missing from the package. I called wayfair to report the concern. They were polite but deferred me to the manufacturer. The gazebo was half assembled at this point and stayed that way for over 2 weeks. The sense of urgency was nonexistent and the manufacturer eventually sent a new box with the parts missing. Then I had to call and schedule a second appointment for assembly. One technician arrived on time the other came an hour after. The experience was one that left a sour taste. Over 15 calls, hours on the phone and explanations to various customer representatives made the whole "I'll pay for the convenience" element of my purchase a joke. I felt like a project manager. It unfortunately makes me unlikely to use wayfair or angi homes ever again. I bought the costway gazebo because it was affordable and timely. In all we lost about 3 weeks of use due to the issues and the longevity of it may now be compromised with the half assembly and eventual completion of it. Apologies were extended via wayfair but at no time was any form of compensation back to me offered. This was extremely disappointing. Buyer beware of the third party nature of wayfair and the lack of accountability or resolutions offered if you choose their products/services.

It’s perfect. Great addition to the backyard

Arrived in good condition. Not as solid as I expected and the roof was very difficult. The mesh screen on the roof seemed like a good idea, however it’s only helpful if you don’t intend on hanging a fan or light from the roof hook.

Exactly as advertised, and it is a bit of a pain to set up, especially the roof.
