Colossus Series 66'' H Metal Trophy Display Case

Product is damaged and has a lot of scratches. Not the quality we‘ve expected

I’m very disappointed with this display case. I ordered it in October 2021 and it was finally delivered in late March 2022! It arrived with scratches on the bottom and the glass doors are uneven on one side causing it not to close completely. The construction is not of quality materials and certainly should not have cost over 3000. I hate that I wasted so much time and money on this case.

I bought this to display and protect my personal collections and it works so perfectly. You are pretty much the chief architect on the display design. The case is simple but it is very strong. It gives you a lot of room for customization. Pros: Shelves are easy to install and move around, product is very solid and strong Cons: Base color options limited, lighting options also limited

When I received my 72" wide Waddell Colossus trophy case, I set it aside for several weeks while we finished our studio renovation. When I set the unit up, I realized it had been shipped with glass shelves for the narrower 66" model. I contacted Waddell's customer support line via e-mail and received a personal response the very same day. The people at Waddell (Cindy & Doug) were very proactive in helping to resolve the matter. They were professional, courteous, and responsive. New glass shelves were shipped to me within a week of my inquiry. In today's day and age with internet-based transactions, I often find customer service lacking or, at a minimum, very impersonal; however, the people at Waddell really came through for me. I am so happy I purchased from a US company. The case is great and so are the people! I highly recommend purchasing from Waddell. Pros: Quality finish, excellent customer support
