This knife is very sharp and has a sharp point. Cuts very well. The handle is thin but sturdy. A large hand may not like this but it is fine for my hand. It is a quality knife.

Henckels Classic 5-inch serrated utility knives are the only ones I reach for when I'm making salad or cutting mostly everything. I gave all my other knives away. Love these knives.

I accidentally tossed out my last serrated utility knife. I missed it terribly. It truly was my go-to for all kinds of kitchen tasks. I am happy with this purchase. It feels a little lighter than my last Henkels 5 inch serrated knife but it’s already getting daily use. Blade is sharp and it cuts beautifully.
