I haven’t turned it on yet, but it’s very cute! Original order arrived missing a piece of metal in the shape of a feather. I immediately took pictures and submitted for a replacement part. Today an entire new fountain arrived. I’m very happy to not have to try to attach the missing metal piece although that is all I expected. I’m very satisfied with Wayfair’s customer service.

We just received this…the box is badly damaged and I’m questioning if this was used! Can someone please check into this and get back to me? Thanks

I thought that it needed to be assembled, but it came assembled.

This fountain came to me extremely bent. The design looks nice but there was a lot of damage. Not packaged good at all. I missed the return window so decided i might as well try and use it despite of the damage. The pump doesn’t even work!!! It works but is not strong enough to pull the water up! Totally lost my money on this sadly. Don’t recommend this at all.

Love the look of this fountain, but disappointed at the quality and workmanship especially at this price. It is fairly delicate, so the subpar packaging didnt protect it very well. As you can see it was bent, chipped, and one of the seams came apart. On the other hand, it does work and sounds great! Just not sure how well its going to hold up.

Oh gosh I love this fountain. I need to find a way to make it noisy but I am in love!!!

I love the look & the product but the packaging was horrible. Arrived with the top of the package nearly off. The crane was damaged on the neck again (2nd one) but wasn't too noticable. Better care needs to be taken so it arrives undamaged.

Love this fountain. Exactly as described, with nice trickle sound. Would recommend.

Love this fountain. I did have issues with the first one shipped to me,two of the leaves immediately broke off and the others were barely welded. I contacted Wayfair and they immediately sent a replacement that was in fantastic shape. I added it to my front landscape and have had several compliments.

I love everything about this fountain. It’s exactly what I envisioned. The sale price was awesome as I could not see paying the full retail price. The birds have already found it which makes me so happy!
