The delivery was well organized and came earlier than expected. I really enjoy all aspects of this massage chair and all the different options. I especially love how little space it takes between the chair and the wall to go into a recline zero gravity mode.

Awful do not buy All lies. Fudged the og price then marked down make you think you are getting something amazing few of the features actually work. NO RETURNS even if they did you pay far too much in return fees. Stuck with it. No voice! No ionic air! Custom settings do not work, no Bluetooth, only usb port, half settings on remote control DOES NOT WORK. does not scan my entire spine, ignores my neck and shoulders even when I select focus on that section. Put blanket over it ignore my lumbar it super high intensity and pushes my abdomen hips practically out of chair when hits my tailbone. I screamed ! All automatic programs are exactly alike, regardless of which you choose. Can not change lower or higher intensity or other set. SO MUCH WRONG HERE OVER 1600 DOLLARS WASTED This chair could have been purchased for 400 and I could have gotten a better chair takes up a lot of space too. Hard to get in and out when you suffer chronic pain limited mobility this was supposed to help me make my life better .. this is an absolute disgraceful product

I love this massage chair, everyone in my family using it. Auto option is a little tough and you have to get used to it, but there are other options: sleep, relax,…. My favorite is relaxing and I can adjust position while massage is on. Update: after one year of use, it works and looks as new. My husband and my mom uses it daily and I use it few times a week. Even my cat loves to sleep on it. Lol!

Bought this for my husband who’s always having back pain, as he drives a lot. I think I’ve used it more than he has. The blue tooth feature allows me to play soothing sounds while enjoying the heated massage

A beautiful chair with wonderful massage features . It is new , so we haven't really given it many tries -- but so far it is heavenly . I also like the light color... fits right into our " beachy " decor . We tucked it into a corner , and it doesn't look as massive as I was afraid it might be . Can't wait to use it regularly ! The price was good as well .

Need to simply the interface. Controls are cumbersome. Massage is not that great. Stretching works sometimes and sometimes it does not
