This thing it intense! It has great pressure and you are able to adapt it in so many ways. Be sure to read the paperwork so you know all it has to offer. It came fully assembled and ready to plug in.

Love my new investment! It works great. It hit all the right places, I suffered from joint pains dislocated disc on my back, and I needed something to help me. Getting weekly massages was getting too expensive, and now I can get one every day if I want.

It seems to work pretty well. I don’t necessarily like how the airbags squeeze your arms, but it is effective. My only genuine complaint is that it doesn’t know the difference between muscle and bone. So you must lift up your back as it moves down to the pelvis (hips). It just hurts otherwise.

Its ok, but the shape of the interior seat forces your body to be in a hunchback position with your neck on your chin. Im constantly straightening my posture. Also the Knob-like massage balls are too hard on my back even at the lowest intensity. I bought it for lower back issues. I had to remove the handles on my frige and freezer to get it to my bedroom and getting it up my front porch was difficult for the movers buy they did it and were great. I didnt want to go through that again to return it. The sleep mode is good and allows you to stretch out and the tapping is relaxing. I think a more simple one may have been better though, one that I could stretch back in. This why my rating was a 3
