My whole family loves this chair. The Bluetooth feature is also really nice to listen to an audio book or music while enjoying a massage after a long day. The touch screen remote could honestly be better. The buttons have a delayed response and it takes a minute to figure out what each button does but I would still buy again.

This chair is excellent and works really well. My entire family uses it every day.

so much for no assembly required!!!! I am an elderly, handicapped , male. I sat at my window all day, anticipating my delivery of this chair. It was delivered, and when i finally got the box off, was met with all kinds of parts, and instructions to connect this hose here, that hose there, and so on. Im taking a break right now, my body hurts from where ive gotten so far, and i'm probably gonna have to get friends and family to help me with this 'no assemby' assembly. Hopefully, i'll be done and able to enjoy it by next week.

Chair is beautiful, super comfortable and very relaxing, just came in and have only used it a couple times but so far it’s great

WE absolutely love the chair, the auto massage options are great and having voice control is fantastic. The heating function is comfortable and relaxing. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Very nice massage chair but i will warn everyone the massage is very intense. Maybe i haven't figured out all the settings yet.

Difficult for one person to assemble alone, but once together it is awesome!
