Instructions are not clear and some parts are broken or scratched. Some pieces were broken into 2 pieces.

Hello, my experience with this purchase is one of the most unpleasant. After opening the boxes, I noticed scratches all over the pieces, it seems that the paint is really not of good quality, also there are many pieces that had dents. I think the worst is the plan. I work with plans of all kinds and I read several assembly plans and this one is really a disaster. During assembly the plan is so bad that you take one step forward and 3 steps back, what a misery. I also had to make a modification to the roof components. Some pieces were too big which had the effect that the roof could not be assembled correctly. In short, I spent 6 hours doing this assembly. I will never recommend or buy a product like that again. Sorry.

When i got the package, it was all perfect; when i did open the boxes then it was less perfect because some parts when damaged. I fully understand English but i am French; all instructions that are very basic are in English only. All parts were there this is why i gave a 1 star, without this then it would be a no star. I do not recommend this item. By the way it is not my first gazebo so i am not a rookie with these.
