Very pretty and sturdy. Some small holes in roof but nothing bent or rusted as some others have complained. I did pay someone to fully assemble last year. Customer service is non existent. I wanted to order some replacement clips for hanging curtains and netting. No response after several attempts. No chat option. Phone number doesn't work. Email was returned as address not found. Instructions are minimal and needed help with rehanging netting and curtains after taking them down for winter. Have to pay someone again since I was unable to contact company. Would not recommend buying from them again for that reason.

Great purchase. We love our gazebo

The gazebo I purchased was relatively easy to put up. 3 people make it easy to assemble the frame. After that, 2 is enough. I had one arm of the roof pinched but having experience with light metal, I was able to open it to receive roof panels. Several of the roof panels were predrilled in areas where there was no screws required. This may also be where some of the leaks are coming from. Many of the panels also had bends near or on corners which may also have contributed to the leaking. Panels run horizontally which I was able to see in pictures. After contacting customer service about the leaks, we were able to come to an equitable resolution which instilled a level of confidence that made me feel at ease with purchasing from Wayfair.ca as this was my 1st purchase. Although I wouldn't recommend this product, I do highly recommend purchasing through Wayfair.ca.

Beautiful gazebo to put our grills under! Need a few people to get it assembled, but it is worth it.

Absolutely garbage from the manufacturer all the way to the person whos supposed to fix the problems people have with their merchandise. Every piece is bent, has the edges curled over, or has rust on it. It didnt even sit 24hrs outside before the rust appeared everywhere . They said all the bent parts dont affect the integrity or stability of the gazebo. Yet they dont fit into place together and you have to use a hammer and pliers to get them into the right spot. The hardware pack looked like a 1 year old opened it before I was even able to use it myself. Missing bolts ,rusted parts, bent pieces and damaged box and they offered me 15 percent back. At this point its a hunk of scrap metal, we cant even assemble it fully, and are now stuck with a half-built gazebo in our backyard. Its going to cost more to disassemble and discard it than the 15 refund is worth (87). Biggest waste of 575 Ive ever spent.

We purchased this gazebo as a cover to go over our hot tub. It works great for that. After assembly however, we noticed about 8-10 holes and several dents in the metal for the roof. We contacted wayfair who forwarded our message to the manufacturer but we havenāt heard back. The gazebo was alittle challenging to put together partly because it was over the hot tub but mostly because it was a long and very tedious process and the metal roof pieces were difficult. The last thing to note is the curtain panels. We find the fact that they zip up in the center a very bad design flaw and if we were aware of that we may have chosen different. Because they do this, you must have both panels down on either side of the post to tie them up correctly. If you are wanting just one full side down, you have to come up with an alternative way to hold just one panel back. We used a piece a Velcro and added it to the post to do this. We feel this aspect is a bad design. The structure itself is working a a cover for our hot tub though. And the double roof is venting the steam nicely. We may add a fan to help aide in this process. Some weights may also need to be added to the curtains as well because they blow in the wind.

Overall I think it is a gorgeous gazebo. We did have some issues. The box was damaged and there is a scratch on one of the support posts, after putting all together I realized there are 2 pin holes in the roof, the screen is very easy to blow up so it doesnāt work great to keep bugs out and it did take 3 people and some tape to get q r roof panels to stay together while installing. After all of that I am excited to finally have it put together

Arrived quickly in multiple heavy and tall boxes. Iām 5ā4, 125 and I struggled to move them. It will take two or more people to assemble. The metal material looks like good quality. Overall happy with my purchase.
