12 Ft. W X 10 Ft. D Hardtop Aluminum Permanent Patio Gazebo

Pretty easy to put together, directions said 2-3 people needed for assembly, I did it by myself, I did need a neighbors help to stand the base frame, it took me about 12 hours, it’s sturdy and beautiful, I’ve added in a fan and some lights, perfect place to relax!

I love it! The directions were a little hard to follow but we figured it out. Took 3 of us 1 1/2 days to put together. Good value for the money.

I received a email about a survey before receiving my order. I was wondering why, as I was getting ready to drive out from my garage all my boxes were delivered and sitting in my driveway. No one rang the doorbell or called me. You should allow a person to know you’re outside. It’s beautiful and well made

Love my new gazebo!! There was no issues with assembling it. It took about 8 hours with two people.

The unit itself is good but the instructions were wrong in a few places. Assembled it with two people but could have used a third at times. Have been using it for a few weeks and have not had any issues.

Update! This beautiful gazebo just withstood high gale winds during a recent Florida storm and did not budge! Such a well crafted gazebo. Fairly easy to assemble with a couple people. I want to give rave reviews to the Wayfair delivery team! The communication was excellent every step of the way. We were originally concerned about an extremely large package being delivered but it was separated into three manageable boxes. It was safely delivered outside of our garage.

Product is decent. Instructions and assembly is challenging. Also, lacking some bolts.-

It's very sturdy and a pretty straightforward and practical design. If one single piece is off Kimber though, it'll throw the entire balance of the gazebo off so do not assemble this by yourself unless you have absolutely no choice and even then I'd wait because if you get stuck after you've already started building it, you won't want to finish it and it's definitely worth it!

The product was very flimsy and not very structurally sound. One of the welded pieces was broken and could not be used. I return the product but not before arguing with customer service for 20 minutes on a chat. I have never seen any company work so hard not to accept a return for something that simply is not a good product. Unfortunately the customer service portioned put a bad taste in my mouth.
