Modern Outdoor Wooden Playhouse with Picnic Table, Mailbox and Outdoor Grill

This turned out so cute! My kids are loving it! Took several hours for a team of two to put it together and we plan to put a few coats of clear poly on it to help protect it from the weather. Seems very sturdy and the instructions were nice and clear! It’s tall enough for my 6 year old, so I’m hoping she and her little brother will get a few years out of it! Really pleased!

The instructions were picture-based and thorough. While several boards were warped, muscle power worked to assemble this sturdy playhouse. Our 4-year-old granddaughter is having a blast. We added custom features: shingle roof, artwork, pegboard with storage containers, removable plexiglass to keep winter storms out, and essential wood sealer.

This wasn’t my best purchase. The wood on the roof is already warped with one rainfall. Very disappointing

This playhouse does not hold up. I bought it with funds donated to a small non-profit church preschool. It took an engineer with help six and a half hours to construct. He recognized issues from the start. 2 of the boards w were cracked and required woodworking glue and clamps to fix. After 3 weeks, screws are falling out, the roof needed reconstruction due to very poor construction. The wood us so soft that it really does not hold a screw. I'm gluing the complete structure together. It looks cute, the children enjoy it. Too bad it is such poor quality. Highly disappointed that Wayfair would sell such a product. Here are 6 month later and I will be taking it to the dump. Every screw used has popped out. Windows fall off due to the softness of the wood. Don't waste your money.
