I absolutely love my new recliner! I’m 5’4 and weigh 135 lbs, and it’s incredibly comfortable and cushioned. I assembled it by myself in just 10 minutes. It reclines all the way back with the touch of a button, and I really enjoy the massage function as well. The assembly was very straightforward. I highly recommend it!

Really nice chair for my dad 90 years old out of the hospital for a second time since they’re so inexpensive perfect to buy one for his place and one for my place so we can go back-and-forth while I care for him. Wayfair canceled the first one the first time Which I might understand under normal conditions they thought it might’ve been a double order or whatever but the second time they basically accused me of fraud because my father who has dementia who thinks he’s George Washington wasn’t on the phone with them and as someone who is burnt out and really needed that second chair, they just left me hanging basically accusing me a fraud. The woman’s name is Tina and she was nasty because she took something personally I’m convinced obnoxious basically told me to go shop locally unbelievable otherwise it’s not a high-quality chair but it’s serve the purpose and I was very happy with it.

The chair looks beautiful and fit nicely in LR however cheap material and very uncomfortable both lower back and buttocks something sticks out thats painful. Also to return theres an almost 100 restocking fee in addition to buying boxes to return the item. It was purchased due to illness and needing an alternative to lying down. Now my back hurts etc. Very uncomfortable!

It was delivered defective and they lied about receiving a discount on it. I would not recommend ordering at all no cushioning in the seat just bare springs.

Just received this today. The assembly was simple and it looks exactly how the pictures showed. Everything works properly so far and it’s comfortable.
