Im thrilled about this chair! Thank you Wayfair! Although I really wanted to put this into my room as Ill be likely getting hip replacement surgery in the near future, I placed it in the living room. The chair was delivered without incident and professionally packaged. I found that the fabric or faux leather covering is a nice rich color, but very thin. I would not recommend this chair for people with energetic animals or toddlers. The chair was easy to put together and didnt take but half an hour from out of the box to plugging it in. The chair works nicely and has a nice, steady, slow pace, so its not to jerk or move you too quickly. I like the home button as it brings the chair back to its normal resting position. Also the wheels are amazing! Brilliant idea to place the wheels in the position so that they can be raised so the chair can be anchored, if you will or easily wheeled by one person from room to room. I find the dual controllers a bit awkward. For older people with memory issues, it may be confusing. Of course you need to have plenty of space behind you. Although Im not one to take lots of measurements, I would recommend to measure as it is deceiving how much room you need to be clear of obstructions. Obstructions. All in all this chair is an excellent deal for the money and of good, solid construction.
