We love it so far! You can change the color or the flames, rocks, temperature, sound, heat and more. We never used our old fireplace once in 10 years, but this one I turn on all the time for ambiance and heat now. Loving our choice!

Stopped working 2 months after installation, unit has been replaced but it took long time to so.

Great quality! Looks beautiful in our bedroom. The flames are actually a TV screen, so depending on the angle you look at them, the image may seem a little less vibrant. Standing directly in front of it gives the best warmth and flame image. Love the added touch of wood crackling sounds. Can be operated through a remote and/or phone app! Love it <3

I was willing to pay 5 times the price of other electric fireplaces because of how chic this one appears to be. However, when the fireplace is off there’s a really hideous red light in the corner. Almost like a TV. I’m holding out hope that I can find a way to disable the red light. Other than that it’s great.

We returned one that we bought from another company on-line, so I was hesitant to purchase another one without seeing it...however, it is absolutely stunning and so real looking - with the movning flames and added bonus...the crackling sound...amazing - would highly recommend.

So far so good. Had it installed today direct and it has sparks that rise, which I've never seen in an electric fireplace before. We combined with seashell tile around it which we found here on Wayfair and it looks mesmerizing.
