Vernamae Resin Pot Planter With Water Reservoir

*Disappointed with Quality Control** I really wanted to love this planter, but after three delivery attempts, I’ve repeatedly received a damaged product. While I sincerely appreciate the customer service team's prompt responses, the quality control during shipping has been a huge letdown. Each time, the planter has arrived scratched and marred—oddly enough, the first one was in the best condition. I was assured that this planter would be carefully inspected prior to shipping the third one, giving me hope that I would finally receive one in pristine condition. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, and I’m tired of the back-and-forth process. Rather than returning yet another damaged planter, I’ll reluctantly keep this one and place it in a corner to hide the flaws. Definitely not the experience I had hoped for.

For the price, I would expect to to arrive without holes in resin mold or scuff like marks.

Super happy with these - so much so that I bought 2 more- the issue was the packaging. The last 2 I received were a bit sunken in on 1 side. They do go outside so I just put that side in the back.

I got this for the entryway along with a black bench - fits perfectly.
