Alpine Corporation WIN316 40" Weather-Resistant 4-Tier Rock Outdoor Floor Fountain with LED Light

This fountain is lovely but when love how natural the rock looks. Unfortunately, when I try to fill the bottom pond with water, it drains out into the hole where the pump tube entered the back chamber where the electronics /wires of solar lights and power cord goes). In photo finger points to gap where water exits, preventing me from getting base of pump to be submerged. Please help me figure out how to seal this hole so I won’t have to return it because it is lovely.

Wanted to give an update!!! I purchased this fountain in June of 2019. Here she is today! Still going strong. She has faded and a couple of the lights no longer work but I turn this off every November and back on in April due to harsh winters. It starts right back up every year! I’d buy it again in a heartbeat.

Warning! Buy at own risk. I ignored some of the reviews. Big mistake. Arrived. Arm stuck inside trying to get to transformer plug. Finally get that. Set it up. Running for 3 days and the fountain cracked. It’s a third party so all communication goes thru wayfair. Offered 20 percent to keep a cracked fountain. I asked for 100 off and was gonna try and fix it. I’m so glad they refused. Found a better fountain 100 less at Lowe’s. And if I had a problem it’s easy to return. Used the new fountain box to ship back the horribly made fountain from Alpine. Terrible quality!

Love this fountain! Very zen and cute! The running water sounds so peaceful! My kids actually love playing in it as well! I have it on a timer so it’s great! I add water weekly to keep the volume up!

Wonderful fountain! This is my second fountain from Wayfair. I liked the first one but I love this one! It’s beautiful and sounds great. It’s a wonderful addition to the backyard.

We've had this piece in our entry way for a few years now. It still looks as nice as the day we bought it. Adds a wonderful ambience to the garden in the entryway.

Wife loves it. We usually have it running all summer long. Well constructed
