Excellent quality and well built. Easy pop-up assembly. No tools as already built. Just pop it up. My Chihuahua loves her I-Go2 travelers Pet Carrier. Very comfortable and excellent car seat too. For those of us with severe car issues, the back wheels makes it easy to pull your fur baby around or carry them as it converts to a backpack. Also, it is both National and International air travel approved for the following airlines for in cabin accompany pet, American, JetBlue, Air Portugal, and Air France(I just used in in an emergency trip)

Excellent for a small to medium sized cat. My 17 pound cat also fits but barely. I love the versatility! The wheels have not been a problem even with the larger cat. Very sturdy.

This is NOT a product review but instead a Wayfair review. I did return this product, only due to the fact it was a bit of a tight fit for my 14lbs havanese. The return cost me almost $15! This is a POOR review for Wayfair and it's return policy, which is outdated and outrageous! NO MORE Wayfair shopping for me!

My dog don’t like it. Little hot insaid and so strong looks good but in said more need the air outside. An air current is very important for small dog.
