I like the planter very much, it is well constructed and nice looking. The order processing time with Wayfair went very well. However, one of the planters had a defective base and could not be attached. So I requested resolution from Wayfair, and they allowed the vendor correct. Vendor wanted to send a new base, but would take over two weeks to arrive. I had to go back to Wayfair and tell them that timing was unsatisfactory. They should have just had me return the bad one and send a replacement, which eventually only took three days I know things can happen, but Wayfair should have a maximum timeframe for vendors to replace
