I Ordered 3 Of These Carriers Received 1 Damaged. When I Opened The Box It Was Packaged Differently From The Others It Even Had Fur On The Bedding Of Another Animal. The 2 Hinges On Top Were Broken Making The Carrier Useless Because It Does Not Stay Assembled, Therefore, You Cannot Put An Animal Inside It. I Contacted Wayfair The Same Day I Received The Package Was Told I Will Be Receiving A FedEx Return Label. After Not Receiving It, I Called Back The Same Day Someone Else Told Me It Would Take 3 Business Days To Process. After Those 3 Business Days I Called Back Again The New Person Did Not Even See Where I Started The Process For A Replacement So He Did It All Again Told Me I Would Receive The Return Label Within 24hours. Its Been More Than 24hrs At This Point Still Nothing. I Called Today Again They Told Me Tuesday The Latest. I Ordered The Crate On 730. Seems Like They Keep Prolonging The Process So That I Can Reach 830 And Not Be Able To Get A Replacement Item. I’m Stuck With A Broken Useless Unsafe Pet Carrier And No Resolution Or Compensation For The Money I Spent The Business I Gave Wayfair. Considering Cancelling My Wayfair Account Never Purchasing From Them Again. Bad Business.

This is really the best cat carrier. We bought one years ago, and it’s been a favorite. When our boy got too big for the kitten carrier and chewed through our fabric carrier, we decided to just replace them all l with this one. For scale, Rembrandt is 13 lbs.

Daily I put treats in it to coax him. Recently adopted from backyard and want to visit the vet.

I bought this crate because were going to move across the country in a month and my cats hate crates and disappear as soon as I bring one in. I thought Id give a try to this one and I put it in our bedroom as soon as I received it.
