Does not have ability to adjust flame speed or flame height. Flame speed is super fast only and nauseating

Even though the box was a little damaged, the fireplace was not. It looks good and hopefully it will work and look good once we install it.

This fireplace is a perfect addition to our TV wall. The color changing display matches whatever mood is set. The heating element works well, but in my opinion, a bit noisy but wouldn't deter me from buying it again. My electrician was so impressed he ordered one too. (PS - the TV wall is still under contruction so please pardon the mess)

This was a project we were doing alone. I purchased the flat screens, a floating shelf with lights and the wall heater from Wayfair. On the equipment I spent less than 2000.00. But we decided to hire a contractor and he did not disappoint. I love everything. I will find some use for that shelf!

Great fireplace. However the remote doesn’t work very well which is annoying. Other than that, it’s great!!

Can’t say enough about this fireplace! As a home remodeling contractor we have installed a ton of different electric fireplaces and this one is by far the best. It was so quick and easy to install, it looks great, and the features are superior to others. With the option of the authentic looking log or the crystals, it truly has everything.

Love the look and size of the fireplace but the inserts were missing from the box. Had to contact several times to get the missing inserts. Still waiting for them to use my fireplace.

Wow, this unit sets the mood and is amazing. Operating this is simple and makes a great impression.
