    To start off the fireplace is very nice. But! And this is on me. I bought the open box with co tact to support reassuring me there was nothing wrong. It arrived and there is a god awful noise in the back. Like a wheel spinning and squealing and hitting something. I contacted support and they offered assistance but not a replacement and the sale is over. So to buy a new one will be at least a $400 difference. Once there is a sale, I will buy new.
