My item arrived in only a few days. It however was missing box 1of2 and 2of2 was completely shattered. I reported immediately and was told they can’t process a refund or replacement until 4 days after delivery and need to reach out on the 4th day. Very frustrating when you’re doing a remodel and on time frame to complete.

Love this Electric fireplace and the many different colors. My husband built a box for it to sit in. We are not done with the wall but getting close. A must have if you dont want a real fireplace and all the mess.

While the unit came with crystals I kept the logs, it still delivers a stunning effect, especially with the color-changing feature.
