Christmas Nutcracker Indoor/Outdoor Statue

In my order of 2 nutcracker statues one arrived broken. No fault of Wayfair or manufacturer, it was well packaged but the shipping company, Fe--x, mishandled the package. I contacted Wayfair and sent pictures of the broken item. Wayfair quickly sent a replacement and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I purchased this recently so will not get to use until this Christmas. I loved the discounted price, its uniqueness and bright colors. It’s a keeper for sure.

This is a beautiful, well made decoration. Better than I expected.

Initially, I liked the nutcracker. However, upon looking closely, I came to the conclusion it must have been painted by children. The bottom box the nutcracker stands on was dented, very uneven, even had a hole in it. It’s very strange. There must be no quality control - no knowledge of the junk they are shipping to customers. If it were just one thing, but, again, it is borderline ridiculous. I wouldn’t care if the bottom were messy; but it would have damaged my hard wood floors if I had not noticed how jagged the edges were. It looks like someone kicked in the box he stands on. Really poor quality especially for the price.
