Very happy with this fireplace insert. Delivered quickly, it came well packaged and was very easy to install. I like this it’s not bulky.

Every thing I was looking for in an electric fireplace. A little noisy with heat on high which to me is common sense. The different light colors are nothing short of spectacular. Costly yes but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended!

This fireplace is 100 inches long. We are adding it to the basement under the tv. I will add pics soon.

The fireplace arrived with internal damage. It was making a loud clucking and cracking noise. I contacted customer service for support. Their response was an email with instructions to fix it myself. Unacceptable for brand new unit. However the unit itself is very appealing and quiet after repairs.

The fireplaces is gorgeous and is such a statement piece in our home! Our fireplace is 8’ wide just for understanding the size difference.

Great purchase. My husband installed it and said it was easy to do so. Although we live in SC, we have been using the fireplace daily in the morning to take the chill out of the air. Super cool that you can change colors of both the flames and crystals that line the bottom. Love my fireplace!
