We loved the crate, and yes it took 3 hours to assemble, but when it was together it was awesome! Our dog jumped right into it to check it out!

As much as I like the item, there was a crack on the top part of the furniture. The came with torn box as well.

Looks exactly like the picture, easy to put together with 2 people. Arrived with huge crack in the top piece front and center which is disappointing.

Box arrived heavily damaged. Upon opening and inspecting parts looked OK. However, once we started the assembly process, we found corners with hairline cracks that were hard to see due to the pattern of the wood. The front facia of the top was also cracked, but again had been difficult to see due to the wood pattern. The top piece was supposed to have two cross braces, you could see where they had been, but appeared to have been removed leaving glue and staples behind. A couple of the screw holes were stripped, and the rail for the barn doors was slightly bent. Additionally, there are pre-drilled holes for an Additionally, there are pre-drilled holes for a pair of metal support bars but only one such bar was provided. This leaves big holes in the back of the kennel. Overall, not a great experience and I would not recommend this product.

Not super hard to install but definitely takes some patience. This was my 2nd one I ordered. Overall quality is pretty good and would buy again.

It arrived in a few days after ordering the instructions were very detailed. There was a piece that was broken upon shipment. However, the replacement process was very simple and the new piece was in within a week so far I haven’t had any issues with the piece itself. It’s just what I was looking for.

Looks good so we will see if dog chews threws it or it stays together. No assembly guide sent with order.

Beautiful. Holds my large German shepherd well. Took the center divider out and he has lots of room to lay. A little short for him but he does not care. He loves going in there. He does not have kennel anxiety so no issues with him trying to get out. However I do not feel confident the latches would withstand my other dog who has anxiety. Too did come cracked and wayfare sent replacement immediately

I was charged $24 USD for replacement parts for a Miss boxed item, by ups. I felt that the issue was not resolved correctly, and I shouldn’t have been left to absorb that charge. The item itself is fine once the materials missing were replaced m.

I love it so much!! My dogs love it! It’s a safe space for them! Well made…not too bad to assemble. Very spacious and very nice to look at!
