Building out our faux fireplace in our living room. This is a great addition. I like the fact that it hangs on the wall instead of being inserted. Nice addition at a great price for an extra heating source or just to create an atmosphere when the lights are running.

Absolutely beautiful and the best thing I’ve ever bought for only $300!! I’ve been wanting an electric fireplace for so long and was debating on if I wanted a tv stand fireplace or a wall mounted fireplace. I decided to put it in my dining room and it certainly completed the room! Along with my new velvet cozy comfy chairs, soft wool rug, and warm beautiful fireplace - this is now my favorite room to sit in! I spent a lot of time looking over all of wayfairt electric fireplaces - found one that fit my wall perfectly in length and width, one that has no harmful effects of chemicals, and one that is priced right with many options (10 colors plus the option to switch from logs, crystals, or rocks). The fireplace arrived within a few short days after placing my order and the box was very heavy. When I unpacked this thing I thought to myself - how am I going to get this thing on the wall myself?! It was so heavy! After taking measurements, deciding the exact spot I would put it, taking the glass front off, and deciding not to call a handyman - I got this fireplace up no problem! I only used the screws and was able to hit to beams in my wall making it strong enough to hold up the entire fireplace. The only disappointment I had was that online is says bottom clearance can be minimum 12” but upon receiving this fireplace the booklet said 19.6” minimum from the ground. I don’t plan on using it with heat so I put it about 15” from the ground and only a few inches from my mirror. I love this fireplace and am hesitating on buying one more for my living room! This is a purchase you will not regret! I look forward to enjoying this during all seasons for many years to come and it has no sound, absolutely quite!!

It is exactly want we wanted for our sitting area. It has different inserts and color options. Our favorite is the wood insert with yellow/ gold flames. It provides some heat to the area from the top of the unit.

Heat doesn’t work. Bought in the summer and it seemed to have worked fine but didn’t need the heat until now.
