This unit was great while it lasted. About 6 months, the unit leaked water out of the bottom and no longer works. SO disappointed as this was not a cheap purchase. DO NOT Recommend unless you just want it to sit there and look pretty with no water.

Not worth the money. The first one arrived broken in several places, the shipping box was extremely beat up and the styrofoam inside was all broken up. The manufacturer doesnt have replacement parts so they sent a new one. The new one arrived chipped up and missing a side frame piece but it was still usable. I set it up around 10am, by 4pm the patio underneath was soaked in one corner. I retrieved the other basin from the dump pile as that part was still usable, and same thing, within a few hours started leaking water. Would be a great fountain if it didnt leak and didnt arrive damaged. Great concept, poor craftsmanship.

Love this fountain, have received so many compliments on it. Solid construction, good quality. I had issues with the stone peeling away in just under a year, which was unexpected given the price point and the quality. Contacted customer service - they were great to deal with and addressed the issue quickly.

Don't order items that you will not be able to ship back from Wayfair. The shipping package for this fountain weighed over 100lbs. I needed to hire help to move it and assemble it on my patio. Unfortunately, the water flow in this unit is malfunctioning. Water is only flowing down 1/2 of the face of the fountain. The manufacture's rep had me disassemble the fountain to adjust the pump. Again, I needed to hire help for the disassembly. Nothing was wrong with the pump. The tubing is enclosed in ceramic, so there is no way to evaluate and adjust the flow of water from the top back to top front. Wayfair requires me to package and return this fountain for refund or replacement. Again, the original package was 100 pounds. It looks like I am out well over $500, because I am not willing to package this malfunctioning fountain for shipping. Beware! You will have no recourse.

Its the gentle trickling sound of the water for me! The directions were of no help, but fortunately, there were only 2 screws required. It took only a minute to realize that the fountain absolutely must be level, and my concrete patio definitely is not. Easy fix, though, with a small shim on one side. This water feature is just perfect for my meditation corner! would buy again!
