The fireplace arrived partially broken, which was disappointing at first. However, Wayfair's customer service was responsive and gave me a credit for the damage, which I appreciated. Aside from the broken piece, the fireplace is beautiful, well-designed, and works great. Overall, happy with the purchase thanks to the company’s support.

Very pretty! The mantle is very nice!

I bought this just before Christmas and have had it since. The whole setup was relatively quick and easy and the mantel is beautiful. I absolutely love it. The insert though with the fire looks kinda chincy and not realistic. I’m hoping to find a more realistic looking insert that will fit maybe next year. But for now it works.

Gorgeous in person. Easy to put together. Worth the money on this one. Warms a room easily.

Is a bit smaller than I thought it would be. The assembly was quite difficult and definitely needed two people.

Beautiful item. Unfortunately, the item was received in damaged condition. This was also previously reported by other customers. The packaging should be reevaluated by the manufacturer. The edgy corners of the product require more cushion support to last through shipment. Otherwise beautiful item.

Exactly the right shade of white to match my furniture in my bedroom suite. Love it!

I love it but the instructions in the box are not clear. I had to come to the Wayfair site and download the instructions. Also some of the pieces were not the correct size so I had to improvise by using material around the house to make it right. But all in all it is a beautiful piece!
