Omg. Heads up to the world. FedEx driver was great yesterday when I met him and refused package due to condition of the box. Took a photo and refused the package. Today I walk outside and the same package I refused was on the front porch. I guess that’s FedEx way of forcing you to have to pay extra to have to deal with something that is clearly damaged. Now it won’t even allow me to upload the photos. I will not be doing this again.

Ive had this fireplace for 5 years. I rarely ever turn off the fire display and use the heating function during the winter. It was an amazing purchase! Definitely recommend
