This loveseat is actually one part of a sectional but is supposed to be able to function independently. I don’t feel it is quite stable enough for that purpose. However the actual issue I have with this is the armrest portion that attaches to the body of the loveseat doesn’t have any holes predrilled to assemble it so it is only loosely sitting in place. The cushions are very thick and supportive and I like the wood is is constructed from.
