The Demeyere Belgian Steel Frying Pan is an excellent cooking utensil. The handle is long and stays cool so handling the pan is easy and safe. I do use coconut oil for frying eggs at middle stove temperatures with great results and a Silicon spatula to preserve the stainless steel surface.
