Just got the pan used it a couple of times and it is great. I cooked two fried eggs over light with no oil or butter used to cook them and this is what the pan looked like later after being just wiped out with a dry cloth. I was kind of bummed that it already has a scratch across it. I bought the 12.5” pan on March 10, 2020. Not even a month later it’s scratched. I have many pans, of all makes, shapes and sizes. Some will last for several generations. But as we all know, nonstick pans are not that durable, so I've learned my lesson about spending a small fortune on high end nonstick cookware. Having said that, these two Tramontina skillets are excellent. They are truly nonstick, and yet they do something other nonstick pans can't do: brown salmon fillets ( and chops ). I couldn't believe the lovely bronze finish of my fish, something heretofore was only possible in either my cast iron skillet or my French blue steel pans. Absolutely amazing !
