I gave it a 3 because I really love the style and tones this has compared to others.. unfortunately I haven't had luck purchasing bigger ticket items through wayfair without some sort of malfunction which is so frustrating.. wayfair has always been understanding but time after time I come back to order something just to be disappointed again.. this time we put the whole thing together just to find out the last 4 screws for the top don't fit cause the internal pieces are broken.. there's no way at this point it's coming down for a return just to put another one together.. I also wished there was a way to keep both sides of the canopy up to the top to make a bigger clearance to walk through but the way this works doesn't allow for that... Laura.
