I bought this for a backyard birthday party, with the assumption that it would need to be assembleddissembled that same day... And it worked just fine for that purpose.
Pros It provided great shade, it was cheap, the panels could be put on whichever sides you wanted them on, it was cute for a casual event, and well likely get another use from it.
Cons It cant be left up for long periods because it will blow away in the wind or collapse with rain (its really not very sturdy), it was a pain to put together, and the Velcro that attaches the side panels to the poles kept ripping off.
