Beware of the deceptive marketing. The toilet comes with no seat, which they do say in the description but it also arrives with no toilet bowl. When I tried to return it cause I dont want to deal with nonsense, they want to make me pay for shipping. Very shady practices. This is for the tank only! The manufacturer made an error in the listing when I first purchased this toilet set. Originally I ordered what was defined as a "set". however, I only received the toilet base, no tank! After contacting Wayfair, they corrected the problem and sent the tank as well. FOR THE COMPLETE SET SEE "39676000 Essence 1.28 GPF (Water Efficient) Elongated Two-Piece Toilet (Seat Included)". The set looks quite modern and provides an up-to-date finish to my newly remodeled beautiful powder room! I love Wayfair, its outstanding selection of numerous items, and its customer service!!!
