Extremely well built. Very good quality. Nice heavy duty plastic windows and screens all around. Directions could have been clearer, but we figured it out. Setup was not easy, but worth it. It is tall, roomy, breezy inside. It is absolutely just what we wanted without spending thousands more on a wood-frame custom gazebo. We love the room so far, now that is up. Assembly was a pain due to the unclear directions,unmarked parts,missing parts and damaged parts. Actual pictures of the parts and assembly would go a long way. I'm skilled at assembling stuff like this and with my sons had to disassemble things a few times before we got things so they appear to be correct. There were some filler panels that they sent too many of one and 1 short of another. I made it work. One roof rail was badly bent and twisted even though there was no real damage to packaging. Have realistic expectations when you buy one of these. I was quoted almost 30k for a 3 season room. I didn't think I was getting the same quality so I'm not disappointed with it. . John. If you know how to build things and are super handy, go for it. GazeboPenguin’s customer service is nice and gets right back to you with assistance. The included instructions are very close to useless in most parts. I would recommend emailing them for the more detailed slightly less confusing video instructions. A lot of pieces were mislabeled and missing drill holes. The structure itself seems sturdy and nice enough which is why I’m giving it 3 stars. The reason I'm not giving this a 5 is because of the word "permanent" used to describe the gazebo. When the instructions arrived, on the back page is states that the unit is only for decorative, sunshade use only...not meant to withstand any element of weather. The steel supports are a little light-weight...but very good for the money spent. Too, the stakes are very small, light-weight metal. I purchased some heavy-duty tent stakes to replace them. The "S" clams doesn't stay in place, a strip of very heavy-duty tape secured them. For the positive, the gazebo is very easy to put together, no screws needed.
