The parts had all the covered end to tubes off. (see picture) not picture, some of them was bent. Also the tubing was bent.. (see picture) two are corner post and the rest was inner. Works just as intended. Before I had a chance to secure it to my driveway with cement screws there was a strong wind that moved it a few feet. Once I secured it, it seems to be holding up well.
