I believe Dura Vent make excellent products. However when we opened this box full of parts to create a through the wall connection to both the stove pipe and exterior chimney, some pieces were missing and others were badly damaged. Damaged. So that leads me to believe from the condition of the box that FedEx chose to reconstruct the box and put everything they could find back in it. In the process of shipping it became damaged and thats the way we found it on our porch. After delivery. Wayfair refunded our money and suggested we donate what was left of the kit.
