This sectional is pretty great for the price in comparison with department store couches it ranks along with much more expensive sectionals. I would say the firmness is a medium firm. Not a super soft feel or not a cloud couch feel either. The chenille fabric is very good quality and the black is a true deep black not a charcoal like other brands models. I like the size and different configurations available. I also like that all the cushions have velcro to attach them in place. The rounded edges of the cushions give it a perfect relaxed feel. Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! Got my chenille modular sofa piece in today, and yepstill just as soft and comfy as the old one. I’m loving that big angled back piece honestly, you could call it an armrest too, because it works as both an armrest and a backrest. And I love that every module can be arranged however you want.The whole frame is wood, and the storage space underneath is huge my daughter’s toys finally have somewhere to go. So awesome!
