If the one box had not been damaged I would give 5 stars. It went together beautifully no missing parts or hardware. I am very satisfied with customer service on the damaged roof pieces. So many thoughts. Nice, big, seams sturdy. We live in NY so snow for sure. The tile tops seem flimsy and may not hold up to snow as described, but we’ll see. Need a Full day to set up. Family of five, three boy children- everyone had to help. The peeling of the tile tops was most time consuming, but a nice touch to keep them looking nice during delivery and until ready to set up.
