I love this pan! The day it came I decided to make baked spaghetti. This pan is big enough to boil the noodles, then add your veggies and sauce and cheese and right into oven. Dinner for 4! I really like this pan. I think we all can be a little finicky about our cooking utensils. I was a little nervous replacing a pan I've favored for years. Ordering online was a leap of faith. This pan doesn't match anything that I own, but I love it! I almost returned it because I have a very sensitive nose and it smelled slightly stale when I pulled it out of the box, but I ran it through the dishwasher 3 times just to make sure it was clean and not old, and the smell is definitely gone. I used this about 4 or 5 times a week, mainly because it's such a breeze to clean. It's take a minute to clean it by hand or it just fits in my small size dishwasher. I don't know to use any butter or oil, but sometimes I do, for a bit of flavor. It's takes just a few minutes to brown meats, etc... I can't really find anything wrong with this pan.
