This things is huge! It came in 3 boxes as mentioned. It did require two people to help put it together but it is lovely and comfortable! I would NOT suggest using their assembly service as it is through Angi and they cancelled on me 2x and explained that there is no specific person assigned to the job, its just if someone chooses to do it in my area. The did refund the full fee though. 2 parts are hidden in part 11 that I thought were missing. One of the inner parts was damaged and the manufacturer processed a speedy discount. I was skeptical....Delivery wasn't up to standards...BUT, the sofa is awesome! Very firm, but springy, requiring a little "just getting used to". Fabric is better than expected, the color is a little lighter than pictured. One of the biggest highlights is how easy it is to change configurations — you can rearrange the pieces quickly to fit different needs or room layouts, which makes it feel very flexible and functional. We did notice an issue after a few days of use where the back cushions started to sag when not supported, which was a bit concerning at first. I’ve been having this sofa for about a year and a half now. Everything sticks to it and it’s easy to see the dust. I tried to clean it with the vacuum brush and all it did was tear up the linen on the couch and now some of the cushions look old. You can’t turn over the cushions to hide the damage. I’ve done the same cleaning to my last set of couches from macies and they never had any damage from the vacuum brush. The cushions are hard and you can’t sleep on them. The sofa arrived before we were ready for the huge 6 boxes that make up this huge sofa. It took two people to carry into the house and we managed to fit them where we would be assembling the sofa. It is faux leather that could pass for leather except for the fact everything and everyone slides on the seats. The big drawback for me is the cushions are way too flat and thin. To use it we will try to find larger inside cushions to make them supportive because right now there is no comfort in this sofa. It is large enough for a family of four to five if some are small children . You will need a long wall for sure and a large picture or picture groups is what we will do. I purchased this couch two years ago and has held up extremely well. I have waited to give you a review until now for some real insight. Great couch! It is slightly firm (I think why it’s held up well) though it would be much more comfortable with giant couch pillows. We are huge loungers and we have put in a lot of hours on the couch and it’s holding up very well. The couch is a huge hit at family gatherings because everyone fits!
