This was a great buy. Went together easily, the chaise side is a huge storage area, yet also super comfy. The couch part is more firm and I really regret not getting the set with the matching ottoman, because you kind of need one with it. The bed is what you would expect of a pull out of this sort. Update after 5 months of having the couch stains are almost impossible to remove even after spot cleaning with Folex and washing. Feathers stick of the back pillows all the time and feel like pin sticking Delivery was fast, easy to set up and looked as the pictures. We love our new couch. We wanted something bigger then the couch we already owned and didn’t want to spend a ton of money. We have two dogs and a cat and we all fit on it with space for more. The two ottomans that come with it have some nice storage for dog toys and some blankets. You do have to fluff up the cushions and the back pillows every one in a while but nothing too serious.
