I have a smaller than average cabinet size for my mid century era cabinets under the sink which really limited my options. This is the most amazing sink I have ever owned. As an interior designer I have ordered some beautiful sinks but this surpasses them all. The quality and design are exquisite. The extra rack for the broom and the center drain strainer and cover are such a perfectly calibrated fit. The price was ridiculously low for something like this. It is a dream to use, look at and keep clean. There is really no maintenance and the finish doesn’t show water spots. It is very deep and wide - a workspace unto itself. I was excited when we received the set. I have to admit it took some getting used to, cooking with these is a bit different than cooking with the nonstick pans we normally have. I would recommend seasoning the pans before using, it helps to avoid sticking. We've had this set for about 2 months now and love it! I've never cooked with stainless steel before, but we needed to make the switch to use with our induction cooktop. They are nice and heavy duty, clean up easily, and I've never had a problem with things sticking as long as I preheat the pan and use nonstick spray, butter, or oil. I've never had to cook anything on very high heat with these, medium to medium-high is max. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great quality stainless steel set!. Lacey.
