The tabletop is absolutely beautiful — the marble-like veining looks very high-end, and the finish reflects light in such a pretty way, especially near our windows. It definitely gives that elevated, modern luxury look. We paired it with black velvet chairs (also from Wayfair), and together it made a huge statement in our dining area. The table really anchors the space and looks even better once styled. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the baselegs — they sound a bit hollow, which was a little surprising compared to how solid and premium the top feels. It doesn’t affect functionality, but it’s something to note if you’re expecting a fully heavy, solid feel throughout. Appearance I’ll be honest I don’t LOVE the finish, it looks white and chalky over rustic, the wood is kind of pinky. The finish cheapens the look of the table. The underside is almost prettier to me. But it has grown on me, it will look great with white upholstered chairs. I am still happy with it. But not in love with it. I did size up because the reviews said the small table looked flimsy next to the chunky legs. Mine is 84 inches long. The shape of the table is timeless and stunning.
