I contemplated ordering this mattress for a couple months before finally doing it and so far I have zero regrets! Shipping was fast, communication was great with tracking. Packaging was easy to open, and the mattress is great quality for the price. Firm and not flimsy, yet still soft. This is a very comfortable mattress and is so easy to unpack. I love the ease and convenience of these type of mattresses where you simply remove from the packaging and they decompress.
