Gorgeous and soft rug. Love the thickness, the colors, and the feel. I am frustrated, however, that after 72 hours the creases have still not eased from shipping. It was folded rather than rolled for shipping. Additionally, there were a number of loose threads when I first unpackaged it. I'm hopeful that is not an indication of issues to come and rather just some debris left behind from production. I absolutely love it..but it's definitely lighter than the online pictures, I do wish it was darker but I'm very happy with it. It's neutral and blends well with my odd color couch . Also the pattern is gorgeous just enough interest without overpowering other decor! It is a thinner rug but I always use a rug pad. The only disappointment I have is it went on sale $50 less the day after I bought it and unfortunately Wayfair does not price match. Beautiful rug and super thick! I got the 9 x 12 rug and it SHEDS! I read that in reviews, but I guess I didn’t understand the grasp of what that meant, I vacuumed this rug four times and still could vacuum more lol. The carpet fibers also stuck to my brand new vacuum so that was fun cutting out! For the price of the rug, I would expect less shedding. It is a great rug though, and it does not need a rug pad whatsoever because of how thick it is and it vacuums great. Just sheds a lot at first (hopefully!). Also, it measured 4 inches short of being 12 foot so Wayfair gave me a 25 discount which was great! Highly recommend using their customer service if your rug measurements are off.. Anonymous.
